Jill Rubinger is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments Practice Group.  Jill represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in a wide range of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and other corporate matters.
