J. John Lim is an associate in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice, focusing on a variety of corporate transactions and matters. John also has experience in debt and equity capital markets and leveraged finance, including IPOs, investment grade and high-yield bonds, other securities matters and acquisition financing.

He joined the firm in February 2023 from the London office of a New York-headquartered international law firm. John received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and he is admitted to practice in New York.
