Jeremy Kossoff

Jeremy Kossoff is an associate in King & Spalding’s Real Estate and Funds practice. He represents a broad range of domestic and foreign clients—including major investment banks, private equity funds, and other institutional lenders—in complex real estate finance and investment transactions across the United States. Jeremy’s practice focuses on commercial real estate finance, advising real estate funds and financial institutions on single- and multi-lender construction loans, permanent loans, mezzanine loans, and other leveraged financings secured by commercial real estate projects.
