• Representation of the lender in a $200 million construction loan facility for six build-to-rent communities in North Carolina comprising approximately 700 rental units, structured with separate project loans and equity pledges rather than traditional cross-collateralization.
• Representation of the lender in a $60 million loan-on-loan financing transaction secured by an underlying $85 million construction loan for a development project in Long Branch, New Jersey.
• AAdvising a client on a $100 million joint venture with a global private investment firm to originate and acquire business-purpose loans for creditworthy investors acquiring, rehabilitating, or constructing residential properties.
• Representation of the lender in a $92 million loan used to finance the acquisition of a four-building, 384,000-square-foot office campus in Phoenix and fund predevelopment costs for conversion of the property into a data center.
• Representation of the agent in a $118.6 million syndicated loan involving the construction of a retail building in New York
