Jackie is a trial lawyer who guides clients through complex commercial disputes and investigations, with experience in contract, fiduciary duty, securities, antitrust, and consumer protection matters. She represents companies in the financial services, technology, healthcare, clean energy, and airline sectors. Known for practical judgment and strong client relationships, Jackie develops trial-ready strategies from the outset and helps clients navigate business-critical disputes and challenges. 

Jackie has represented clients in some of their most significant disputes, including derivative litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, a high-stakes arbitration involving complex regulatory issues, and related consumer class and government actions with more than $2 billion in claimed damages. Jackie has also advised boards of directors and special litigation committees on fiduciary matters and counseled companies facing disputes to assess risk, develop strategy, and make critical business decisions.
