• Participated in several discovery projects related to matters arising from the 2021 Winter Storm in Texas and analyzed over 500,000 documents potentially relevant to lawsuits filed by multiple parties.
• Prepared issue summaries and key document binders for witness depositions in connection with multiple matters.
• Completed Spanish language document review and translations.
• Familiar with the requirements of the United Kingdom’s Data Protection Act of 2018 (DPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the impact of each on investigative document review processes.

Izabella White is a Staff Attorney in King & Spalding’s E-Discovery Practice. Her practice focuses on discovery issues, particularly with respect to the representation of clients in connection with governmental investigations, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, shareholder actions, copyright infringement, and international arbitration.

Izabella’s experience includes aspects of discovery ranging from an onsite hard copy document collection and review to the electronic review, QC, and preparation of substantial privilege logs.

Izabella is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyer’s Division Community Service Projects, Ethics and Professionalism, Wellness, and Women in the Profession Committees.
