Isabelle Jacobs is an associate in the Real Estate and Funds practice group in King & Spalding’s New York office.
Isabelle’s practice focuses on representing fund sponsors in the formation and operation of private equity and investment funds, joint ventures, separately managed accounts and other investment vehicles. Isabelle also advises clients in the structuring and formation of fund sponsors, secondary transactions and provides counsel on general corporate governance matters.
Isabelle received her law degree, cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, her LL.M in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.
