Haya Alshammari is an associate in the Government Matters and Regulation practice group of King & Spalding Al Fahad, based in the Riyadh office. She advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, international trade, and energy.

Haya also advises clients on banking, restructuring, and financial transaction matters.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Haya gained experience as a summer associate at an international law firm in Riyadh and worked at a major banking institution in Saudi Arabia. She holds a Master of Laws in Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
