• Represented parties in a multibillion-dollar public real estate acquisition, among the most significant consolidation transactions in the industrial real estate sector.

Harshit Patel represents public and private companies, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, in a range of significant corporation transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and sales, add-on transactions, joint ventures, carveouts, reorganizations, corporate governance and other strategic transactions.

Harshit graduated from Harvard Law School. During his time there, he served as a Senior Editor and 63rd Williston Negotiation Competition Judge for the Harvard Business Law Review and Digest Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. At Harvard, Harshit also served as a research assistant for Professors Lawrence Lessig and Sabrineh Ardalan, as a student attorney at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program and as a member of the Harvard Law Student Funding Board. Harshit was a recipient of the Reginald F. Lewis Internship Grant for his research completed as a Legal Finance & Governance Fellow at Salzburg Global Seminar in Salzburg, Austria. 

Prior to law school, Harshit attended Emory University as a Questbridge Scholar where he received his bachelor's degree in Economics and Religions.  

Prior to his time at King & Spalding, Harshit worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
