• Defending TikTok Inc. in nationwide litigation involving claims by individuals and government entities alleging injuries from adolescent use of various social media and other online communications services and against claims arising from purchases made on its e-commerce platform, TikTok Shop.
• Defending Boehringer Ingelheim in nationwide mass-tort litigation arising from allegations concerning Zantac and other ranitidine-containing products as well as in multiple parallel class actions.
• Defending Viking Corp. as national counsel in claims involving its fire-suppression equipment and allegations of property damage.
• Defending Coloplast in nationwide product-liability litigation relating to injuries allegedly caused by the company’s female pelvic-mesh devices.
• Counseling multiple leading global and national pharmaceutical manufacturers in litigation and regulatory proceedings related to state licensing and government-pricing programs.
• Defending Kimberly-Clark and Halyard Health in a class action, trial, and appeal concerning the design, labeling, and advertising of a Class II medical device and parallel Lanham Act litigation involving a competitor.
• Defended GlaxoSmithKline in nationwide litigation concerning allegations of injuries from use of the company’s anti-depressant medications.
• Defended a leading automobile manufacturer in hundreds of consumer-fraud cases in California.

Gregory Ruehlmann defends clients in the life-science, technology, automotive, and consumer-product sectors in some of the country’s largest, most consequential mass-tort litigations and parallel class actions in both federal and a wide range of state courts. This includes experience arguing dispositive motions resulting in precedent-setting dismissal of thousands of claims, serving as part of several victorious trial teams, and overseeing rosters of dozens of attorneys and support staff in the successful and efficient management of nationwide litigation dockets, joint defense groups, and both coordinating and strategic counsel roles.

A fluent German speaker, Gregory works closely with clients based in German-speaking countries as a trusted advisor in navigating the U.S. litigation and regulatory systems.

Gregory also maintains a robust pro bono practice. He has successfully represented asylum seekers through the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) and defends small business owners through Atlanta's Rice Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE).
