Greg Goldman is a Counsel in King & Spalding’s Charlotte office and is a member of the Real Estate Practice. Greg regularly represents real estate companies and equity investors in all phases of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and joint ventures. Additionally, he represents public and private companies with respect to corporate real estate matters.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Greg worked as an associate in the Real Estate practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York. He received his law degree with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he served as a member of the North Carolina Law Review. Greg is admitted in North Carolina, New York and New Jersey.
