Frank DeBorde is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation Group, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract suits, class actions, insolvency matters, and other business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Frank graduated with high honors and Order of the Coif from Emory University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Kristi K. DuBose of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
Before attending law school, he worked for two years in the financial services industry.
