Eric Valuyev is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation group. Eric’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation before U.S. District Courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the USPTO, and State Courts. As an engineer at heart, Eric is driven by a deep curiosity and passion for technology in all forms. With several years of engineering experience across many engineering disciplines and industries including energy distribution and automotive, Eric is well equipped to aid clients in a variety of technical matters.
Eric is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and is pending license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
