People

Emma Nguyen is a litigator with a focus on cross-border disputes.  She represents clients in commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes, as well as litigation in support of arbitration, such as compelling arbitration, discovery in support of arbitration, and post-arbitration proceedings.  Emma maintains an active recognition and enforcement practice, having counseled clients in enforcement matters in both the global arena and U.S. courts.  Her U.S. litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes. 

Emma has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, energy, construction, gaming, financial services, and telecommunications.  She has experience handling disputes in major arbitral forums, including ICC, AAA, ICDR, ICSID, as well as ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules.  

Emma received her J.D. with high honors from the George Washington University Law School, and her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
