Elliza Guta Mullinax

Elliza's practice primarily focuses on representing businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation, including securities class actions, derivative litigation, and other complex business disputes. She also has experience in fiduciary litigation, representing trustees, executors, and beneficiaries. Before joining the firm, Elliza graduated summa cum laude and first in her class from law school. She also clerked for Chief Justice Nels S.D. Peterson of the Supreme Court of Georgia and then-Chief Judge Marc T. Treadwell of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
