Ellen Hill Dunn

Ellen Dunn is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Real Estate & Funds practice group. Ellen's practice is focused on commercial real estate finance transactions, where she represents financial institutions, including debt funds and investment banks, on the origination, structuring and modification of mortgage, mezzanine, construction and securitized loans across all real estate asset classes, including office buildings, multifamily, hotels, retail, mixed-use, and industrial properties throughout the country.
