Diana's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state court.  Diana has experience representing clients in a diverse range of subject matters, including antitrust, trade secrets, data privacy and cybersecurity, business contracts disputes, and business tort litigation.  Diana has experience representing clients throughout the various stages of litigation and is able to respond rapidly to developing issues in fast-moving cases.

Diana's experience includes representing companies and individuals in industries including real estate, technology, insurance, and healthcare.  Diana has represented clients as both plaintiffs and defendants, in diverse civil litigation including investor and other business disputes, allegations of trade secrets violations, data privacy and cybersecurity incidents, allegations of antitrust violations, and class actions. 

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Diana was an associate with Boies Schiller Flexner LLP in San Francisco.  Diana also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dale A. Drozd of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
