Denise Stamm

• Advised an international Distressed Debt fund on restructuring-related disputes, and potential claims connected with a complex real estate and mezzanine financing transaction.
• Advised an international Private Equity Fund on its restructuring of a German structural-facings manufacturing company.

Her practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and employment matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, corporate disputes and labour dispute resolution. 

Denise studied law at the University of Passau. She completed her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Reginal Court of Frankfurt am Main in the State of Hesse, with placements in corporate law, litigation, and regulatory matters. During her legal training, she gained experience at several leading international law firms, assisting on complex corporate matters and commercial disputes.
