David Tassa is a member of the firm's Healthcare practice group.  David specializes in managed care litigation and ERISA claims on behalf of hospitals and other healthcare providers.  David advises clients on various health law issues, including payer contract disputes and negotiations, ERISA reimbursement, California's Health & Safety Code, the Knox-Keene Act, ERISA, and other relevant areas of law, and has litigated in California and New York state court as well as numerous federal courts and arbitral forums.
