Daniel Rosenberg

Daniel is an associate in King & Spalding’s international arbitration practice group. His practice focuses on international investment treaty and commercial arbitration, as well as award enforcement proceedings before US courts. He has represented clients on both the investor and state sides in disputes spanning a range of sectors, including petrochemicals, renewable energy, mining, real estate and waste management. 

Daniel received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service. Upon graduation from NYU, Daniel received the Jerome Lipper Prize for Excellence in International Law and the Howard Greenberger Award for Achievement in Comparative Law.

Daniel currently coaches NYU Law's Jessup International Law Moot Court team. While a student at NYU, Daniel competed as an oralist with NYU's Jessup team, and completed legal internships with the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and the Permanent Mission of Samoa to the United Nations. He was also selected as a Salzburg Cutler Fellow in International Law.
