Daniel is an associate in the firm's antitrust practice in Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions, civil antitrust litigation, and government investigations. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023, and while in law school, was the president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Previously, Daniel served as a legal extern with the Mergers IV Division of the Federal Trade Commission and Paralegal Specialist at the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
