Craig Phillips is a partner in the firm’s tax group and is based in the New York office. He advises clients in U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private fund formation, restructurings, securities offerings and energy transition work. 

Craig's practice has a particular focus on complex partnership structures, and their impacts on investors with diverse tax profiles. He has worked extensively in the energy and infrastructure space, with matters ranging from data centers and LNG, to power and renewables. Craig also advises asset managers on the formation and operation of private funds in the areas of infrastructure, private equity and credit.
