Cole Thomas Bollman

Cole Bollman is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Cole's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, domestic and multinational joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for public and private companies and private equity funds. Cole has experience advising institutional investor clients in connection with investments in private equity and other commingled vehicles, including funds, co-investments and separately managed accounts.
