Clarissa Moliterno is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in the New York office of King & Spalding. Clarissa Moliterno represents clients in government investigations, regulatory enforcement proceedings, internal investigations and parallel civil litigation. Clarissa regularly represents domestic and international accounting and financial services firms, companies, and their boards and professionals in high-stakes investigations.

Clarissa also advises clients on corporate compliance, anti-corruption, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, as well as data privacy matters and incident responses.

Clarissa earned her LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law in 2018, where she received the Dean’s Graduate Award. At NYU, Clarissa served as the Academic Officer of the Brazilian Legal Society, an organization which promotes discussion of Brazilian-related issues.
Clarissa obtained her law degree from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – UERJ, in 2014. During Law School, Clarissa also studied at Università degli Studi di Firenze, Italy, in 2010/2011. 
From 2014 to 2017, Clarissa practiced with a well-known Brazilian boutique law firm specialized in regulatory enforcement, compliance, securities regulation and complex litigation, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Clarissa is also admitted to practice in Brazil since 2014.
