Claire Barry (Brunner)

Claire Barry is a complex commercial litigator who represents clients in high-stakes business disputes, including class actions and securities suits. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to class action defense. 

Claire has substantial experience across phases of complex commercial disputes. She has briefed and argued dispositive motions and has taken lead roles in motion practice and in fact and expert discovery. She also has experience in government enforcement defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Claire was a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
