Chris Yook represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions pursued by antitrust enforcement agencies and in complex litigation, including some of the largest class actions in the U.S. He also regularly advises companies on the antitrust implications of strategic business decisions. Chris is known for his work and thought leadership on technology regulation as well as on topics at the intersection of the antitrust and intellectual property laws.
Chris is recommended in the Legal 500 US guide and he has been consistently recognized in other publications as a "Rising Star" and "One to Watch" for antitrust litigation. He currently serves in a leadership position in the ABA Section of Antitrust Law as Co-Chair of the Technology Administrative Committee. Chris also sits on the executive board of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland and is an American Bar Foundation Fellow.

Obtained dismissal Porsche Cars North America, Inc. and Dr. Ing. H.C. F. Porsche AG from multidistrict litigation alleging antitrust conspiracy over technological advancements, features, and costs (In re German Automotive Manufacturers Antitrust Litigation).
Represented Peloton Interactive, Inc. in antitrust countersuit against music publishers and in defending against copyright infringement claims.
Successfully represented WestRock Company in its $4.9 billion acquisition of KapStone Paper & Packaging as part of investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. The transaction was cleared without an enforcement action.
