Catherine is an Associate in King & Spalding's Government Matters & Regulation practice group and advises clients in corporate transactions and regulatory matters. Catherine represents healthcare clients in a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management arrangements, and other complex arrangements. She has experience guiding clients through due diligence, regulatory compliance, and licensure and certification issues.
