Brooke Stubbee

Brooke Stubbee is an attorney in King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments group in Chicago. Brooke focuses her practice on commercial finance transactions and restructuring and insolvency related matters.

Brooke has represented financial institutions, lenders and borrowers in a range of financial transactions including syndicated credit facilities, first lien/second lien arrangements, and acquisition financings. Brooke has also represented debtors and creditors throughout various stages of chapter 11 reorganization cases.
