Brittany Hodges is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Funds practice group. Brittany's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds.

Brittany graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2025. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2022.
