Brittany focuses on corporate and regulatory matters in the healthcare and life sciences industries, where she advises a broad range of healthcare and life sciences clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate arrangements, and a wide variety of transactional and contracting matters. Brittany has significant experience advising on deal structuring and corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and other complex arrangements involving health systems and other healthcare organizations. She regularly counsels clients through the full lifecycle of these transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing.

Brittany is also a key resource for healthcare and life sciences clients, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and organ procurement companies, in drafting, negotiating, and advising on supply chain contracts and other complex commercial and collaboration agreements. Her contract work spans product supply and manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, and other key service and supply contracts, helping clients establish and maintain the critical contractual frameworks that support their operations. In addition to her transactional and contracting practice, Brittany advises healthcare clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, including licensure and certification issues, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement, and internal compliance reviews.
