His experience includes leveraged acquisition financings, working capital facilities, growth financings, recapitalizations, and related strategic financings across the credit spectrum.

Brian regularly counsels clients on a variety of debt investments, including senior secured credit facilities, syndicated financings, club deals, unitranche debt, second lien financings, mezzanine debt, and holdco notes. His ability to navigate complex capital structures allows clients to execute transactions efficiently while managing risk and preserving flexibility.
