People

Brian Donovan litigates complex commercial disputes principally on behalf of large financial institutions and insurers.  He has worked extensively on both the plaintiff and defense side in state and federal court, with a focus on antitrust, market manipulation, and general commercial and contractual disputes.  Many of these disputes have been the subject of large class actions and multidistrict litigation proceedings.

Brian also maintains an active government investigations practice and has represented clients in the financial services sector in investigations by state and federal regulators, including the SEC, Federal Reserve Board, state financial services regulators, and state attorneys general.
