Bowen Hiett is an associate in King & Spalding's Washington, DC office and a member of the firm's Special Matters and Government Investigations team. He focuses his practice primarily on government investigations and internal investigations.

Bo has experience representing clients in investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Congress, the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security, state attorneys general, and other domestic and international authorities. His practice includes litigation in both state and federal court.

At the firm, Bo continues to engage his passion for advocacy through involvement in a variety of pro bono matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Bo earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a captain of UVA's Jessup International Law Moot Court team. His studies focused on cross border issues, including a term at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. He also served as a student attorney in the University of Virgina's Criminal Defense Clinic. He earned both a B.A. and M.A. in International Affairs from the University of Oklahoma, where he was part of a policy workshop on anti-corruption efforts.
