• Defending Fareva S.A., a large European manufacturer, in a breach of contract suit brought by LG and Avon in the Southern District of New York through trial.
• Defending FanDuel and its directors in an action in New York's Commercial Division brought by common shareholders challenging distribution of $550 million in merger proceeds.
• Defending BlackRock in suit in the Virgin Islands brought by shareholders of two public companies alleging BlackRock fraudulently drove down the share price of the companies.
• Representing a global bank in suit concerning alleged fraudulent transfer claims in connection with the Bernard Madoff SIPA proceedings (S.D.N.Y.).
• Represented E.J. Victor, a North Carolina furniture manufacturer, in insurance-coverage litigation arising from Hurricane Helene in the Western District of North Carolina, securing partial summary judgment on disputed coverage.

Avery Green-Conrad represents companies and directors in complex commercial disputes involving corporate transactions, financial institutions, fraud, and contractual claims. His experience spans fact and expert discovery, motion practice, witness and deposition preparation, and trial.

Avery previously worked on congressional investigations and agency oversight, including with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations for Senator Jon Ossof. Before law school, he worked for then-U.S. House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn.
