Bio

Avery Green-Conrad represents companies and directors in complex commercial disputes involving corporate transactions, financial institutions, fraud, and contractual claims. His experience spans fact and expert discovery, motion practice, witness and deposition preparation, and trial.

Avery previously worked on congressional investigations and agency oversight, including with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations for Senator Jon Ossof. Before law school, he worked for then-U.S. House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn.
