Austin Emery

Austin Emery is an Associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in King & Spalding's Atlanta office. His practice focuses on government and internal investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation.

Austin earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and received a Bracewell LLP Appellate Advocacy Award. During law school, Austin served as a legal intern in the Complex Frauds & Cybercrime Section of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia. Prior to law school, Austin was an Associate in Booz Allen Hamilton's National Security Group, where he advised clients on cybersecurity and privacy issues. Austin received his B.A. from the University of Georgia, where he double majored in International Affairs and Political Science and completed a Certificate in Public Affairs.
