Bio

Ariel Emmanuel is a counsel in King & Spalding's finance and restructuring practice resident in the Atlanta office. Ariel is active in King & Spalding's leveraged finance practice. Ariel represents financial institutions, lenders, arrangers, sponsors, borrowers and investors in leveraged finance, commercial real estate finance, asset-based lending, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Ariel is a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel.
