Anna Romanova is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in King & Spalding's Los Angeles office. Anna's practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, corporate governance and compliance, as well as internal and government investigations. Anna's experiences include representing clients in matters before the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and State Attorneys General. 

Anna earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School where she was an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, competed on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration moot court team, and was part of the Loyola's Project for the Innocent. During law school, Anna worked at a litigation firm where she successfully drafted appellate briefs before the Los Angeles Superior Court. Anna earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
