Angel is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and member of the Corporate practice group. Angel's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Angel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School as an inaugural member of the Dr. Sadie T.M. Alexander Scholars Program, a full-tuition merit scholarship. At Penn, she served on the Executive Board of the Black Law Students Association and was a founding member of the Advocacy for Racial and Civil Justice Clinic.
Angel earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, where she double-majored in Sociology and African American Studies.
