• Served as trial counsel and causation specialist on the winning defense team for Terumo BCT in Colorado ethylene oxide toxic tort litigation, including securing a complete defense verdict in a six-week, four-plaintiff bellwether jury trial and resolution of high stakes cancer exposure claims.
• Represented a leading pharmaceutical company before the U.S. International Trade Commission in an investigation targeting products containing or purporting to contain tirzepatide, the result of which led to exclusionary relief against foreign and online sellers of knockoff GLP-1 products.
• Represented BASF in a Delaware patent case, bringing antitrust counterclaims and securing a win of invalidity on summary judgment and a $84.9 million antitrust judgment on counterclaims, later affirmed at the Federal Circuit.
