Angel Reed

Angel's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Angel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. At Penn, Angel was an inaugural member of the Dr. Sadie T.M. Alexander Scholars Program, a full-tuition merit scholarship.

Prior to law school, Angel attended Georgetown University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and African American Studies.
