Andrew Peace advises financial institutions on complex real estate finance transactions, with a focus on originating large construction loans and mezzanine financings. He helps clients structure and execute acquisition and refinancing deals across asset classes, navigate risk and complexity, and close efficiently to achieve their investment objectives.

Andrew works with investment banks, debt funds, life insurance companies and other lenders on the origination and execution of complex real estate financing transactions, with particular depth in large construction loans, mezzanine capital structures and not-on-note financings.  He regularly advises on transactions involving ground-up development assets, where careful structuring, intercreditor coordination, and timing are critical to successful closings.

His recent experience includes representing lenders in construction financings for multifamily, hospitality and industrial projects across major U.S. markets, often involving layered capital stacks.  Andrew helps clients navigate key deal points with a focus on aligning documentation with business objectives while maintaining market standards.

Andrew also advises on mezzanine and preferred equity investment providers, guiding clients through the complexities of subordinate financing, including enforcement rights, cure mechanics, and coordination with senior lenders.  He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to structuring intercreditor frameworks that are both protective and workable in real-world scenarios.

Across all matters, Andrew is focused on anticipating issues early, streamlining negotiations, and keeping transactions on track to make for a smooth transaction for all parties.  Clients rely on him to deliver clear, commercial advice that helps them close efficiently, deploy capital with confidence, and manage risk in increasingly complex financing environments.
