Andrea Demick

Andrea is an associate in the Atlanta office, focusing her practice on representing public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and portfolio companies, in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.

Andrea has worked on complex domestic and cross-border deals across a broad range of sectors, including technology and software, transportation, manufacturing and healthcare.

Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with highest honors, in 2017. While at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Andrea was a member of the Swimming & Diving team. She received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, in 2020.
