Amy Eikel provides sophisticated analysis and briefing for trials and appeals in the areas of toxic torts, product liability and commercial disputes.

Amy is part of the National Coordinating Counsel team for several manufacturers in asbestos litigation, collaborating with local, regional, and national counsel throughout the country. She supervises discovery responses in asbestos cases nationwide, assisting local counsel in document productions and discovery disputes. A former professional journalist and judicial clerk at both the trial and appellate levels, Amy serves as national appellate and motions counsel for for a former manufacturer of asbestos-containing brake products. She assists in the development of legal issues applicable across the docket, and helps to maintain consistency in the client's litigation approach in different jurisdictions.

Amy has also provided pro bono assistance in in the areas of civil rights, election issues, and unaccompanied child immigration cases.
