Amory advises the firm on employment-related matters. She has extensive experience counseling employers on best practices to minimize risk in their handling of employment matters. Her experience includes the full range of employment law, including conducting investigations, representing employers in litigation, navigating hiring and termination, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, assessing employee accommodation and leave requests, drafting employee handbooks and policies, and maintaining a harassment and discrimination free workplace.
