Ameen Ibrahim Kutbi

Ameen advises on a broad range of corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds. He works with domestic and international clients on the incorporation, structuring, and governance of entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including joint ventures and foreign-owned entities. His experience includes drafting and reviewing constitutional documents, shareholders’ agreements, and commercial agreements, as well as advising on complex legal and regulatory matters.

Ameen also advises on M&A transactions across a range of sectors, including the health and education sectors, with experience in transaction structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation, and completion matters.

He further advises the firm’s investment funds practice on the structuring and establishment of investment funds, including the preparation and review of fund constitutional and offering documents. Ameen is focused on delivering commercially minded, practical legal support to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
