Amani Al Ali focuses on complex construction, energy, and infrastructure matters. She studied law in the United Kingdom and was admitted to the UK Bar in 2016, before establishing her practice in Saudi Arabia.

Amani’s practice includes construction, dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration, with a particular emphasis on nuclear energy. She regularly represents clients across the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors, acting on high-value and technically complex projects in Saudi Arabia. Her work includes extensive regulatory, contractual, and government advisory matters, including energy projects and large-scale construction contracts.

Amani has significant experience handling high-value construction disputes and complex energy projects in Saudi Arabia for government entities, and has advised on numerous construction claims arising from major giga-projects across the Kingdom. She is well-versed in a wide range of standard-form and bespoke contracts commonly used in the region, including EPC, DBO, D&B, and O&M contracts.

Before relocating to Saudi Arabia, Amani practised as a self-employed barrister in the United Kingdom, where she gained substantial advocacy experience, representing clients in court and advising on contentious matters.
