Allison White's practice focuses on consumer class actions and other complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Allison has represented clients in a variety of areas, including Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation, data privacy matters, and deceptive trade practices lawsuits.

Allison has handled numerous purported class actions involving allegations of fraud, civil RICO, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and Fair Credit Reporting Act violations. In addition to her class action work, Allison has also defended clients in coordinated litigation involving numerous state regulatory agencies. Allison's clients are companies across several different industries, including insurers, retailers, payment processors, and credit reporting agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Allison served as a law clerk for the Honorable Leigh Martin May in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Allison graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and was elected into Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review, a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and a Moot Court Board Member. During law school, Allison competed in the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition, where her team won Best Team and Best Brief, and the Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition, where her team won Best Brief. 

Allison now serves on the State Bar's Intrastate Moot Court Competition Committee, where she helps plan and put on the yearly competition for all of the Georgia law schools. In addition to those duties, Allison drafts the competition problem and sits on the judging panel for the competition's final round.
