Alicia represents U.S. and international lenders in all aspects of U.S. real estate debt and equity financing transactions. With over 30 years of experience, she pairs deep industry knowledge with a forward-looking approach to AI and PropTech adoption in real estate finance.

Alicia's experience spans a wide range of legal structures and asset types, including syndicated loans, construction loans, repurchase facilities, note-on-note financings, loan restructurings, preferred equity, and intercreditor matters involving multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, healthcare, data centers, student housing, condominium and mixed-use properties. 

With additional depth in construction, land use, workouts and construction litigation, Alicia offers clients efficient, business-friendly counsel focusing on delivering outcomes that align with client goals and ensuring a smooth closing process.

Drawing on a complementary background in mechanical engineering and IT, Alicia has also developed a public-facing role around AI and emerging technology adoption in real estate transactions, including the design of technology-driven workflows and playbooks.
