Alexandra H. Titus

Alexandra Titus represents businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation, including consumer class action defense, complex business tort claims, and breach of contract disputes in federal and state courts. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business matters across industries including financial services, aviation, and technology.

Alexandra's practice focuses on defending companies against putative nationwide and statewide class actions. These matters involve claims alleging violations of consumer protection and privacy statutes, fraud, unjust enrichment, and breach of contract. Beyond class actions, Alexandra handles complex commercial disputes involving tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract claims arising from sophisticated business relationships. Alexandra handles these cases from early case assessment and pre-suit strategy through discovery, class certification briefing, and dispositive motions. 

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Alexandra served as a law clerk to the Honorable Allison Jones Rushing on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Alexandra graduated with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as an Articles Editor on the North Carolina Law Review. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Christopher R. Cooper of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
