Ailani Acey advises borrowers, lenders, and private investment funds on a broad range of financing transactions including acquisition financings, fund finance transactions, restructurings, and other secured and unsecured financings. 

Ailani's fund finance practice spans subscription facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, GP financings, asset-based financings, secondaries, and corporate financings.

Prior to joining King and Spalding, Ailani was an associate at another international law firm.
